Tank gets rehab, but water will keep flowing

NORTH CANAAN — A tank that is part of the town center’s water supply system is undergoing a rehab. Work will include sandblasting, repairing joints as needed, repriming and repainting. Work began last week. The tank is essentially hidden on a wooded hilltop off Daisy Hill Road, midway between Patty and Granger lanes. JPI Painting of Poland, Ohio, which specializes in tank painting and restoration, is handling the job.
