Romney solidifies lead, wins in NW Corner
Registered Republicans voted in a national primary on Tuesday, April 24, for the party candidate for the presidential election.
In addition to Connecticut, primaries were held in New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Delaware.
In all six Northwest Corner Connecticut towns, Mitt Romney garnered the most votes; Ron Paul came in second (but by a wide margin).
Results for individual Northwest Corner towns are below and will also appear in the May 3 print edition of The Lakeville Journal.
