Colleen Aulenti can read your body like a book. At least, that’s what she did with mine during a one-hour massage session I had with her recently.

Normally, a massage feels great, relieves tension and lets you know where your muscles are tight. As Aulenti worked over my upper body, she found more than just muscle tension, though.
