HARLEM VALLEY — The Millbrook Central School District, North East (Webutuck) Central School District and Pine Plains Central School District each received enough community support for their 2013-14 budgets to pass.

Voters came out in steady numbers on Tuesday, May 21, despite harsh storms and tornado warnings in the area.
