Undefeated Kent Center girls team beats their mothers, 48-18

KENT — The seventh annual mother-daughter basketball game at Kent Center School earned more than $1,200 for the Jane Lloyd Fund, a local organization that helps Northwest Corner residents who have cancer to pay for their day-to-day expenses.

The game was held in the school’s gymnasium on Thursday evening, Feb. 17, after being canceled due to snow Jan. 21.
