Town meeting was on money matters

FALLS VILLAGE — The selectmen agreed on four agenda items for a town meeting (which will probably be called for early December) during their regular monthly meeting Monday, Nov. 14.

The call for the town meeting will include: two appropriations — of up to $10,900 and up to $28,300 — for the highway department and the assessor’s office, respectively. The appropriations requests received a thumbs up from the Board of Finance at their meeting immediately before the selectmen’s meeting (see story this page).
