Strange weather


MILLBROOK — Hurricane Irene caused havoc in New York state in August and an unexpected early snowstorm caused record-breaking power outages in October. It’s hard to ignore the strange and extreme weather occurring around the region. Although the snow from the October storm has melted and December is upon us, autumn leaves remain on many trees.
