P&Z discusses town planning


KENT — The Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) is holding a series of special meetings to review and make final changes to a proposed Town Plan of Conservation and Development.

The state requires all towns to update their town plan every 10 years. It is supposed to reflect the vision of town residents of how they want their town to look in the coming decade, and it forms the basis for the town’s planning and zoning regulations.
