In observance of Constitution Day, Sept. 17, Judge John Danaher III spoke to eighth-graders at the Lee H. Kellogg School about the role the judicial branch plays in safeguarding the freedoms outlined in the U.S. Constitution. Danaher, a justice in the Connecticut Superior Court, served as the commissioner of the state Department of Public Safety and as a prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Students Gina Rocha and Kyler Hall-Stevenson are at right.
