Kent resident wins Porsche

KENT — The Kent Memorial Library (KML) had planned to choose the winner of its annual fundraising raffle on Oct. 30. But, like so many other events scheduled for the end of October this year, the drawing had to be postponed because of the snowstorm and power outage.

By Saturday, Nov. 5, things were clearing up a little and the winner could be selected.

Kent resident Rudy Molho was chairperson of this year’s raffle. Kent residents Carter Norland, age 6 and a half, and his sister, Katrina, 5, selected the 2011 raffle winners.
