HARLEM VALLEY — Even though this school year represents the launch of the new core curriculum, which is bringing drastic changes to teaching standards in New York schools, the Millbrook Central School District, the Pine Plains Central School District and the North East (Webutuck) Central School District all reported very smooth starts to the 2011-12 school year.
