CORNWALL— Every year, 200 million pounds of pharmaceutical waste is generated in the United States. At the same time, 35 million Americans and 1.5 million military veterans do not have prescription drug benefits.

“It is both a serious health issue and a serious environmental issue,” said Janet Carlson, CEO of One Eleven Software and a resident of West Cornwall.
