February town of Washington real estate transfers

WASHINGTON — Emmy-winning TV director James Burrows and his wife, Deborah, have sold Willow Grace Farm, named after “Will & Grace,” the TV show he directed. The property is located at 140 Butts Hollow Road; it sold for $15 million in February, a record price for any property in the town of Washington. Originally listed for $21 million, the property includes a 7,000-plus-square-foot house completed in 2007 and 145 acres of land, according to county records. The property is currently assessed for tax purposes at $7,116,800.
