Budgets final look April 12 and 14


SALISBURY — The draft budget presented by First Selectman Curtis Rand to the Board of Finance on March 3 has a bottom line figure of $5,048,983, which represents an increase of 3.1 percent over this year’s spending plan.

“I think it’s too high,” Rand said in an interview Monday, March 14.
