NORFOLK — Three years after it closed, the Artisans Guild of Norfolk has reopened at Station Place, located inside the Royal Arcanum Building.
The guild shut down in 2008 after a 17-year run.
The new owners of the guild are Vee Kausel and Kathy Williams.
“When it closed three years ago, we could not get anyone else to re-open it,” co-owner Kausel said. “Me and [Williams] decided to re-open it when this spot in the building became available in November.”
Kausel said the store currently contains the work of 36 local artisans.
