60 booths at Sunday’s trade fest


FALLS VILLAGE — There have been bleak moments in recent weeks, when it felt like the snow would never stop and the ice would never melt. Certainly, the calendar promised that the first day of spring would be March 20. But for many Northwest Corner residents, the best reassurance that spring is here and warm weather will finally return comes in the form of the annual Tri-State Chamber of Commerce “Buy Local” trade festival, held annually at Housatonic Valley Regional High School.
